Hormah

This campaign begins on the continent Hormah, the second oldest of the recorded inhabited continents.
Life was spread across the globe and the known era began. The gods gave people gifts of knowledge and civilization proceeded quickly. When explorers found the continent Hormah, in 566, wars ensued for the rights and ownership of its beautiful land.
Previously unknown materials and sources of magic were found, enhancing the technologies and magical abilities of the races intelligent enough to use them. Humans and Elves make up most of the civilized population of Hormah.
Evidence of ancient people is concentrated on this continent in crumbling ruins and most notably, the Temples of Suffering.
The continent of Hormah is the only continent known in which demons and servants of Azazel still linger. Priests of the gods of order preach that the demons only permit people to live there because their curiosity and exploration will quicken the search for the holy relics mentioned in The Writings and that they provide sustenance for the more malevolent of the dark beings (which is why a large portion of the continent is still uninhabited).

The continent is home to three countries, Abaisa, Altrose and Dobaya
